Account Director

Who we are looking for:

You are extremely skilled at building and cultivating relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels. You’re passionate about the industry, and social media, a strategic business advisor, care deeply about the work and keep current on emerging trends always with an eye to how it impacts your clients’ business. The Account Director at Swift is ultimately responsible for client satisfaction, client retention, the integrity of the work our team delivers and identifying new opportunities for growth. As an Account Director you own the client relationship and are responsible for its success, you can seamlessly transition from strategic conversations to financial forecasting and negotiations, and servicing client business needs by building strong relationships. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Client | Partner with team Leadership to oversee the translation of our clients’ vision into a roadmap that will achieve client goals, while generating work that is creatively brilliant, measurable and has a cultural impact. You’ll be the point person for all day-to-day client communications across multiple teams.

  • Team | Manage, inspire and motivate project teams to deliver the best work for client business impact. Review team deliverables. Provide strategic oversight and ensure the work is on brief, and pushing the boundaries of creative excellence.

  • Process | Drive profitability at scale within the teams and cross-sell in new WT offerings. Find innovative ways to build new best practices.

Who you are:

What you’ll need: 

  • 8+ years of experience in a creative agency with a minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience.

  • 5+ years of digital, social and/or brand experience.

  • Specific experience managing complex campaigns, social experience, multiple work streams, and familiarity working in an agile environment.

  • Passion for building relationships that result in new, profitable revenue opportunities as well as driving incremental growth on existing work.

  • Proven ability to build staffing plans, negotiate Statements of Work and contracts – effectively forecasting and scoping work with teams in close collaboration with Project Management.
